Nutrition approved
My entire nutrition plan has been approved. You know what that means. Its time for some math.
I did the math, and then I got worried. Not only do I have to eat a large breakfast, on days that it swim, I have to eat a huge breakfast. I need to eat 2,000 calories a day when I am not swimming. Front loading calories with a 37.5/37.5/25% split, thats a 750 calorie breakfast. And on my 3,000 calorie swimming day? Thats 1,125 calories.
No problem, right? Eat at McDonald’s, right? I want to keep my fat calories under 25%. And 25% isn’t all that hard to do, but it doesn’t allow for McD’s deepfat fried sausage breakfasts.
Hopefully the bookstore and some shopping tomorrow will hold some answers for me. Or I might start having spagetti and meatsauce for breakfast. Thats fine too.
