Back in the water
Its been six weeks out of the water. April Fool’s was the day to start back, and I did 400 swim, 400 kick, pretty much IM order, for an hour. About 2800 yards. No fly on the swim part yet, freestyle was killing my shoulders, strength and endurance wise, but no grinding. The goal is to go Monday, Wednesday, Friday next week, and not push it too hard. Keeping up with the shoulder exercises, and meeting the practice goal, will have me back to swimming normally in a week or two.
